As his feathered oral arm touched her limb, he understood that she was not of the sea. Her mouth was not like anything he'd ever seen, there were no moving parts, not a circle or some weird shape. She had tentacles on her head (hair), eyes faving front and only four limbs that moved to keep her afloat it seems. Most of all, she had no scales. His antenna flicked. What was she and how does he become her kind.

I love horror.

And yet all OCs I've made are fantastically because I am a coward lol.

However I decided to stop being a coward.

His built was inspired by swimmers and I was also watching Tarzan and Jane that week so now his jaw is strong, yay!

Dunno the inspirationnfor the pants tho lol–no wait...yeah Tarzan and Jane too.

So what is Ted?

He is a siphonophore, like a Portuguese man of war but his kind adapted to being on the sea floor instead of floating and pretend to be seaweed on the ocean floor, buring their soft shell shaped centers in the sand.

But seaweed isn't all they can pretend to be.

They can puppet suits made of other creatures. So for example Ted once hijacked a crab's old molted shell and piloted it as if it were alive.

As you can imagine that makes it easy to rip apart fish.

So in thr case now we're Ted is...human...no he isn't using an actual human corpse hear but rather say he made a dummy human out of fish skin and plastic pipes.

Very confusing, I know, but I shall go into depth another time.
